This app is the front. Notion is your back end — your full plan, your history, and your settings live there.

Still stuck? Every fix lives on one page.
This app does not read Apple Health directly. Your tracker receives your Health data through a sync automation on your phone, and this app shows what the tracker holds.

The pipe is the private line between this app and your coach. The meal photos you send for counting, your fixes, your replies, and your coach’s notes all travel on it.

This clears everything this app keeps on this phone — your set checks, wheel weights, plan picks, name, and tracker link. Your Notion tracker is not touched.
Your coach works from what you send and what’s in your tracker: your training, your nutrition logs, the meal photos you send for counting, and your replies. That’s what your plan, your coach’s notes, and your reviews are built from. Your name and your tracker link stay on this phone — they aren’t sent anywhere.

Automations are how things reach your tracker without you typing. A shortcut collects something — a sync, a reading, a log — and hands it to your Muse, who files it in your tracker. This app then works from it.

Need a change — targets, plan, anything? Ask your Muse. That’s the front door for changes; this page is for checking that everything is connected and set the way you left it.
Snap the plate. Your coach counts it, and the numbers land in your day.
Reference values + where the numbers come from
The reference your coach counts against.
A sample of the catalog — the full list and search open when the database connection goes live.
Reference values: USDA FoodData Central — the U.S. government's food database, published as public domain. Your coach matches each photo against these standard values. When the database connection goes live, lookups pull from the same source directly.
Counts are estimates. A photo can't see cooking oils, sauces, or exact portions — treat every count as close, not exact.
